I will be staying at JINGNAM CENTRAL HOTEL in Xiamen .What station is more convenient to go Fuzhou

Xiamen Station is closer to the hotel, 5km. To Xiamen North Station, it will be around 20km.

These trains are all originated from Beijing. I suppose you need to go to Beijing first anyway.

Hello, What is the fastest, most convenient train route to travel from either Hong Kong or Shenzhen (Lohu) to Dali? Thank you

There is one direct train from HKWestKowloon to Kunming, then Kunming to Dali.
Alternative, take a train fromHKWestKowloon to Guangzhou South, then jump on another train to Kunming then Dali.
The first option save transferring in Guangzhou.
Second option give you more flexibility as more trains to choose from.
